How do I Sign-Up as an Associate?

This is for a User being invited by a Provider to Sign-Up, it's crucial to use the E-mail account specified in your invitation E-mail for the Sign-Up process. This ensures the proper linking of your data.

Firstly you have to register your mobile to use our services. Sign-Up with our application whether you are a Provider or Associate. Step:1 Choose one of the options Provider Sign-Up or Associate Sign-Up. Step:2 Enter your E-Mail ID. Step:3 If your Virgin user, Enter your Name, Your E-Mail ID to be used as an account E-Mail and Mobile Number. Then click on the Sign-Up button. Step:4 After reading and accepting Terms and Conditions of Service, Click on the button 'Accept And Continue'.

Not all my employees have access to the Internet. Will your payroll still work for me?

Yes, use of the Employee Internet Account function is an optional element of the payroll. You can always print out your employee's payslips and distribute them by hand.

I signed up for your service but have not received the Account Email Verification Code. Why?

Our Sign Up email contains a Verification Code. Your e-mail server may have sent the e-mail to your bulk/junk mail folder instead of your inbox by mistake. Please check your bulk/junk mail folder. Alternatively, if it is your company's policy to reject emails containing Links or Verification Code, we suggest you sign up to Google mail. After creating a Google mail account you can sign up for a fresh account with us. Google mail has never rejected our Sign Up emails.

My Account Email Verification Code has expired. What should I do?

If your verification code has expired, Please click on the link 'Click here to Re-send your Account Email Verification Code' in our application. You will get the new verification code in your email.

Can I Sign up with your service if I don't have an E-Mail address?

You need to have an e-mail address before you can sign up with us so that we can send you a service activation email. Google, Yahoo and others all offer good free email services.

I am having the System Administrator Account for the company, can I have an Employee Internet Account for myself too?

Yes, you can have both an Employee Internet Account to view and print your own payslips, and a System Administrator Account to run the whole company's payroll. You will have 2 sets of signs in detail.

My accountant/Auditor wants an overview of the system. He is not an employee. How do I set this up?

Can I Sign-Up for different companies using the same email address?

Your email is your Sign-In ID, so if you are sign-in for one account you can't use it for a different account. You have to sign-up with a different email ID for your different account.

Do you have a test application for developers to securely test, configure, and validate API integrations across all supported HMRC services?

Yes, we do have a test application for a developer sandbox account to start testing your integration with any of our supported API services.

I am an agent. Can I sign up for your application?

Yes you can Sign Up as an Agent with our application. Pay Bureaus or Agents can process their Clients Payslip/CIS e-Statement/MTD VAT/Workplace Pension. Once processed, Clients can print their own reports.
