How do I Manage Associate Users?
To Manage Associate Users, Please follow the steps below:-
Step 1: Click on the 'Tronc Payroll' button.
Step 2: Then click on the right hand side menu. Click on the sub menu 'Client manager View / Edit'.
Step 3: Under 'Client Manager' click on the blue round button in front of the 'Administrator Account'.
Step 4: Click on the button 'Manage Associate Users'.
Step 5: In the following page you have two options: 'Suspend User Account' and 'Active User Account'. Please toggle switch to change account status.
Step 6: Finally enter a 4 digit passcode and click on the 'Confirm' button. Please also enter the reason for the Suspend account and Active account for a respective user.

Tronc Payroll -> Tronc Payment -> Click on the menu on top right hand side -> Client manager View / Edit -> click on the blue round button in front the Administrator Account -> Manage Associate Users -> Toggle switch to change account status -> Enter a 4 digit passcode and click on the 'Confirm' button.
