How do I Change/Recover System Administrator Account?
Please follow the steps below:-
Step 1: Please sign in to our application.
Step 2: Click on the right side button on the top 'View/Edit my account'.
Step 3: Click on the button 'Change/Recover System Administrator Account'.
Step 4: Please select one of the options below for changing or Recovery of the System Administrator Sign in Credential.
Option 1: I have obtained consent from the previous System Administrator to utilise their sign-in credentials for transferring the account details to myself.
Step 5: Click on the 'Continue' button.
Step 6: Please read under the 'Important Note' the steps properly.
Step 7: After reading the steps, please click on the 'Back' button to go back to the previous screen.
Option 2: I am the current System Administrator and I intend to transfer a particular account to a new System Administrator.
Step 8: Click on the 'Continue' button.
Step 9: Please select one of the accounts for a new System Administrator.
Step 10: Click on the 'Continue' button.
Step 11: Enter the Email of the new system administrator you wish to transfer the above company.
Step 12: Enter 4 digit passcode and click on the 'Confirm' button.
Step 13: Please verify the new Email address to complete the transfer. A System Administrator Verification Code has been mailed to the new Account Email. Enter the verification code
Step 14: Click on the 'Continue' button.
Step 15: Account Transferred Successfully.
Step 16: Please click on the 'Back' button to go back to the previous screen.
Option 3: I do not have the account sign-in details but I possess the authority to initiate account recovery processes.
Step 17: Click on the 'Continue' button.
Step 18: Click on the 'Continue' button.
Step 19: Verify New Account. Account Verification Code has been sent to E-Mail ID.
Step 20: Click on the 'Continue' button.
Step 21: Congratulations! Your account update has been successfully processed. You are now the System Admin of the company.
Road Map- Change/Recover System Administrator Account
Tronc Payroll -> View/Edit my account -> Change/Recover System Administrator Account -> Options -> Continue button -> 4 digit Passcode -> Confirm button -> Verification code -> Continue button.
