Enable Support Request in Payer/Agent Setup. How?
The support request option in our application helps you to detail your queries while working with our application and send it to our Support team. Our Support team will address your queries as soon as possible.
Please follow the steps below:-
Step 1: Click on the 'Tronc Payroll' button.
Step 2: Then click on the right hand side menu. Click on the sub menu 'Client manager View / Edit'.
Step 3: Under 'Client Manager' click on the blue round button in front of the 'Administrator Account'.
Step 4: Click on the button 'Support Request' under Payer/Agent Setup.
Step 5: Further click on the 'Invite Support' button.
Step 6: Add support request details.
Step 7: Click on the button 'Confirm'.
Step 8: Finally enter a 4 digit passcode and click on the 'Confirm' button.
Road Map : Enable Support Request.
Tronc Payroll -> Tronc Payment -> Click on the menu on top right hand side -> Client manager View / Edit -> click on the blue round button in front the Administrator Account -> Support request button -> Add details -> Confirm button.
