Different types of users have different levels of access to our software.
Individual Taxpayers can see and access a wide variety of services provided by us for which the user opts for.

Can I Sign up without Email ?
Email is mandatory as it would help you receive login credentials and other important documents.
Not received the Activation code ?
Our Sign Up e-mail contains an activation link. Your e-mail server may have sent the e-mail to your bulk/junk mail folder instead of your in box by mistake. Please check your bulk/junk mail folder. Alternatively, if it is your company's policy to reject emails containing links, we suggest you sign up to Google mail. After creating a Google mail account you can sign up for afresh account with us. Google mail has never rejected our Sign Up e-mails.
Account activation within how many days ?
You should activate your account for this service within less then 7 days of the activation mail being sent to you. If not you will ask to send the reactivation code.
What are entry requirements ?
We only need your contact details to start up with the process. Example : Name, Address, Email, Phone number
Can I access ePayslips on a smartphone ?
Yes, any phone with internet access can connect to the ePayslip portal. In addition we have Android and iOS apps.
If we change payroll systems, will ePayslips still work ?
Absolutely, we simply update our pay data mapping files with you.
We have been using XYZ software, is that a problem ?
Not at all. We have developed standard mapping software for XYZ converting your payroll output into our ePayslip formats.
Can we brand the ePayslips portal ?
We are currently working on this upcoming services which you will be able to use shortly.
Will ePayslips save my business money ?
That depends on how you are processing payslips at the moment and the options you choose. A like for like replacement of paper payslips for electronic ones will be a very similar cost, savings on paper payslip printing offset by additional bandwidth, security and development costs for the portal.
For employers who send payslips to employees the savings could be significant as the postage costs are eliminated.
For employers who fully exploit the opportunities of the ePayslip portal in communicating with employees the savings are significant.
What will my ePayslip look like ?
We have a number of standard templates or you can have the ePayslip you see online configured to match your existing paper payslips
What if I need to print or mail a Payslip to someone ?
Your ePayslip is actually a pdf file held on our secure portal. If you want to print it you can do as you would any other document. If you want to send your payslip we've added in some extra features allowing you to email the ePayslip wherever you want, such as your bank manager to support a mortgage application.
I am already outsourcing my payroll, can I still use ePayslips ?
If you are already outsourcing your payroll to a payroll provider and are happy with that relationship, we can still provide ePayslips. All we need is a standard output from the payroll system containing the data we need for each employee.
What is CIS eStatement ?
In the simplest of terms, receiving online a CIS eStatement is written proof of the tax deductions made by a contractor, who will send this every time you are paid.

Yes, all the features are available in the mobile version also.
Why do CIS eStatement matter ?
It is useful if HMRC enquires into your tax compliance, but they will also be reviewed as part of any CIS tax refund process. Having them to hand could speed up any potential tax rebate you might be owed.
Also it being a legal requirement for a contractor to send all subcontractors working under this scheme a CIS deduction statement when paying them, it is also important that workers themselves keep hold of them.
When are CIS payment and deductions statements issued ?
The employer needs to issue a CIS statement (typically via email) to anyone paid under CIS within 14 days of each tax month end. But given the tax month finishes on the 5th of each month, rather than the 30th or 31st for example, your CIS statement will not always coincide with the payslip.
Who needs to use MTD software ?
From April 2022, all VAT registered businesses with taxable turnover need to start using Making Tax Digital software so that they can submit tax returns digitally.
When is the deadline for Making Tax Digital for VAT ?
The first phase of MTD started in April 2019, mandating that most VAT registered businesses with taxable turnover over £85,000 keep digital tax records. The next phases of MTD include:
April 2022: MTD for VAT will be extended to all VAT registered businesses, including those below the VAT threshold.
April 2026: The mandation of MTD for Income Tax Self Assessment will be introduced from April 2026, with businesses, self-employed individuals, and landlords with income over £50,000 mandated to join first.
April 2026: The earliest possible date for MTD for Corporation Tax after the government announced it would not be mandated before then.
April 2027: MTD for Income Tax Self Assessment will then apply for businesses, self-employed individuals, and landlords with income over £30,000.
Will the quarterly obligation periods for MTD for VAT align with those for MTD for ITSA ?
Businesses will not be required to align their obligation periods but may prefer to align dates to simplify their business processes.
Is Making Tax Digital compulsory ?
If you are registered for VAT and your taxable turnover is above £85,000, Making Tax Digital was compulsory from April 2019. From April 2022, this will be compulsory for all businesses who are registered for VAT. This means you need to keep digital records and send VAT returns to HMRC digitally using MTD-compliant software.
