When you log in to MTDVAT app, choose "MTDVAT" from the Provider Services. 

Step 1.  Choose your email i'd.
Step 2.  Enter the 4-digit passcode from mobile application.

 **MTDvat can be used as a mobile application for now**

RoadMap for Sign In:  Open MTDvat in provider services -> Choose your email I'D and enter the 4-digit passcode from your mobile application.
