if you do not have your own SFTP server, you can create an SFTP account within our application. While you create a SFTP account, you'll need to request for the SFTP credentials. The SFTP credentials such as SFTP Server Name, SFTP Login User ID, Input Folder Name, and Output Folder Name will be auto-populated while you request for SFTP credentials. These credentials are non-editable. You'll need to setup the SFTP password on your own.

Below are the steps to create an SFTP account within the account.

Step 1: Log in to our application
Step 2: Go to menu and click on the 'Client / Trader Manager' and Click on the blue button under View / Edit.
Step 3: Click ‘Manage SFTP Account’ and further Click on the Request SFTP Credentials. Your SFTP credentials will be auto-populated except for SFTP login password. You’ ll need to create a password of your own for SFTP login.
Step 4: Once you enter password, check the declaration checkbox and click ‘Save & Continue’.
Step 5: Click on ‘Download SFTP configuration file for FileZilla’. Read the SFTP instruction on the same page for further guidance.
