Welcome on board. Once signed-up you can begin to process your payroll, P11D and other services over the Internet. You can also e-file all your P45, P46 and End of Year P14, P35 returns to the HMRC. You need not worry about any tedious and time wasting software installation. The service is instantly available to you over the Internet.
Please note the following important points when signing-up.
1. Yellow book: The sign-up process requires you to enter your EMPLOYER'S PAYE REFERENCE and ACCOUNTS OFFICE REFERENCE which can be found on the front of your yellow coloured HMRC P30 payslip booklet. If you do not have one, please Click Here to apply for one.
2. Have a pen and paper ready to note down your essential sign-in details. These will consist of your sign-in User ID, Password, Pattern Word and Security Question & Answer. All these details must be kept in a safe and secure place. Do not disclose them to anyone.
3.You hereby declare that you will enter all details truthfully and update them immediately whenever any change takes place. This is important for security reasons and for the management of forgotten sign-in details.
4. Multiple accounts: You are allowed to create only one account per employer or Agent. We reserve the right to charge for multiple accounts created for the same employer or Agent.
5. Entering false information is illegal. We reserve the right to take appropriate action against those who enter false information.
