Secure Mail Service

The HM Revenue and Customs ( HMRC ) Secure Mail service allows you to access your HM Revenue and Customs mail box in order to read any emails or tax code notifications sent to you from the HMRC. You can use the same to send any queries you may have to the HMRC. This service is free.

When you log in your e-mail and tax code notifications will come to the www.ukinternetpayroll.com website. From the website you can read or create your own email. If any tax code changes are required, the system will detect them and automatically carry out the changes for you. This is all done through the HMRC's XML codes together with our search and match technology.

You need to clean and maintain your mail box regularly as new mails can only come into your mail box if it is not overflowing (sorry, but we do not know how much mail capacity is being allocated to each user because the HMRC has not announced this yet).

When you have signed up for the service you are obliged to log in to the secure mail regularly, say once a week. You are also obliged to read the mails and notices and act upon them.
