Update PayRun Data - Year-to-date (YTD)

Year  2025 - 26

Important Note: You should only print the current pay period's payslips, reports and make any payments, after you have clicked on the yellow coloured Update YTD button. Update YTD means all your Year to Date data is committed to the database, to bring the database up to date. Once the data is committed you are not able to change it. If you are not 100% sure that current pay period's data is correct, you should click on the Back button to review the data before you commit to update the YTD.

Rollback: We do provide a contingency rollback function which allows you to rollback the YTD data should you later find that the data you committed contains an error. This function is situated in the Others module of the Tasking Zone. We recommend that you only use the rollback function as a last resort.

Payrolling of Benefits: HMRC now requires all employee benefits (previously reported via P11D) to be payrolled and submitted through RTI FPS.

Before proceeding, please confirm the following:
I confirm all applicable employee benefits (P11D/Benefits in Kind) have been processed for this pay period, or there are none for this payroll run.

You must tick this checkbox to continue with the Update YTD process.
