You need to complete each of the following pages to complete your year end FINAL SUBMISSION FOR THE TAX YEAR (FSY).

I have completed all pay runs for all pay frequencies and have E-filed all the FPS returns
for the current tax year.
I have completed processing all leavers and issued the respective P45.
I have checked and corrected all the payrun data and found no errors.
I will ensure the Statutory Pay, if any, are correctly calculated before submitting FSY
I will ensure the CIS Deductions Suffered, if any, are correctly calculated before submitting FSY
I confirm that I have claimed the Employer's Employment Allowance, if eligible?
