1. Important Information:
We have retained data from your lapsed account for the period between your last usage date and up to six years prior. To maintain operational efficiency, any data older than six years will be purged and will no longer be available. Below is the information for your lapsed account..
• The last FPS file you e-filed to HMRC was on 01/07/2022
• The last P11d file you e-filed to HMRC was on 01/07/2022
• The Last CIS300 file you e-filed to HMRC was on None
• The Payroll / P11D / CIS data available for you to retrieve will therefore cover the period from the immediate past six years to the last e-filed date.
• The system purges all pay data more than 6 years old.
2. Why Has Your Account Lapsed?
For efficiency in running cloud services, we must move any account which has not been active for 2 years to a not archive account section so that the remaining active accounts can operate better. Your account has not been active for more than 2 years and so it has now lapsed and has been archived but can be reactivated by following the steps below.
3. Cost for Recovering a Lapsed Account:
The administration cost for re-activating a lapsed account is £200+VAT.
4. Requesting the Re-Activation of a Lapsed Account
Step 1: Please email us a copy of your photo ID, either a driving license or passport, confirming that you are entitled to access the account.
Step 2: Please acknowledge and accept the availability of the payroll / P11D / CIS data as indicated above.
Step 3: Please pay us £240 (£200+VAT) to cover the administration costs of re-activating your account.
Step 4: View/download any data less than 6 years old at any time but not later than your 6-year-old data
