You will not be able to continue to recover you sign up details without entering a valid PAYE Reference number. All employers who register with the HM Revenue & Customs are issued with a PAYE Reference number. You can find your employer's PAYE Reference number on any documents or correspondence received from your tax office. Alternatively you can check your payslip generated from our system, you shall find the Employer's PAYE Reference in brackets along with your Company Name.
If you still do not have your PAYE Reference number. We will send your sign in recovery details by courier to your company registered address shown at the Company House or the Business Address you have given at our system upon providing the following items:
1. Photo ID with your details on it ( Either your passport or driving licence copy )
2. Pay us £24 - VAT included to our bank account and quote the reference Bank Details
