Once you receive your recovery code by mail, you can enter recovery code following the steps below:

Step 1: Click on the 'Forgot Sign In button' on the User Sign In screen.
Step 2: Further click on the 'Click here' button next to Recover all the Sign In Details
Step 3: Enter the details asked for in the page
Step 4: Then click on 'Submit' button.
Step 5: Enter the "Recovery Code" that you receive from the options selected below and click "Continue >" Button.
