Print using Mobile Application

Effortlessly print reports from anywhere on your network using our mobile application. Learn how to print reports from your smartphones (Both Android and iOS users)

1) Wireless Printer Setup for Android Users

• Step 1: Switch on the wireless printer and check for the active WiFi connection.
• Step 2: Connect the printer to the WiFi network using the password credentials and wait for some time.
• Step 3: Then connect your Android device to the same network. Ensure both the printer and device is on the same network.
• Step 4: Sign into our mobile application and Open the report you want to print.
• Step 5: Tap on the top-right corner of your smartphone and choose the print option.

2) Wireless Printer Setup for iOS users (Print without AirPrint)

• Step 1: Download your preferred printing app which supports the printer and install it on your iOS device.
• Step 2: Open printing app and follow necessary instructions to connect.
• Step 3: Open wireless connection - WiFi and enter the password credentials. Now connect your Apple device to the same network. Ensure both the printer and device is on the same network.
• Step 4: Tap Add Printer. Your device will automatically search for your wireless printer.
• Step 5: Select printer model and add to your mobile.
• Step 6: Once printer is added successfully, sign into the mobile application and open the report you want to print.
• Step 7: Select Print on options and choose your printer model then hit Print.

3) Set up AirPrint (For iOS Users)

All the iOS users can make use of “AirPrint” to print the reports. Follow the Steps below to setup and print reports from your AirPrint- enabled Printer.

• Step 1: Firstly confirm whether your printer supports AirPrint. Click Here for more information.
• Step 2: Connect your Printer to a wireless network.
• Step 3: Now connect your Apple device to the same network. Ensure both the printer and device is on the same network.
• Step 4: Sign into our mobile application and Open the report you want to print.
• Step 5: To find the print option, tap the reply icon or share icon
• Step 6: Tap printer icon. If you can’t find the print option, check the app’s User Guide or Help section.
• Step 7: Select Printer from the network.
• Step 8: Choose the number of copies and hit the print option
• Step 9: To see the status of a print job double-click the home button, then tap Print Center.
  (Note:The Print Center is only available while printing is in progress. The Print Center will display a window with the jobs queued locally on the Apple iOS device.)
• Step 10: To cancel a print job from your apple device queue, select the cancel printing button.
