How to print?

1) For Android Users

• Step 1: Connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to do this.
• Step 2: On your Android device, go to "Settings" and select "Printing."
• Step 3: Tap "Add Printer." Your device will search for available printers.
• Step 4: Select the printer from the list of available printers and tap "Add."
• Step 5: If the printer requires additional setup, follow the instructions on the screen to complete the setup process.
• Step 6: Open the report you wish to print and select the "Print" option.
• Step 7: Select the printer you just set up and adjust the print settings as desired.
• Step 8: Tap "Print" to print your document.

2) For iOS Users

• Step 1: Connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to do this.
• Step 2: On your iOS device, go to "Settings" and select "Print."
• Step 3: Tap "Add Printer." Your device will search for available printers.
• Step 4: Select the printer from the list of available printers and tap "Add."
• Step 5: If the printer requires additional setup, follow the instructions on the screen to complete the setup process.
• Step 6: Open the report you wish to print and select the "Print" option.
• Step 7: Select the printer you just set up and adjust the print settings as desired.

3) For Desktop Users

• Step 1: Connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to do this.
• Step 2: On your desktop computer, go to "Control Panel" and select "Devices and Printers."
• Step 3: Click "Add a Printer."
• Step 4: Choose "Add a Network, Wireless or Bluetooth Printer."
• Step 5: Select the printer from the list of available printers and click "Next."
• Step 6: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process.
• Step 7: If the printer requires additional software or drivers, follow the instructions on the screen to install them.
• Step 8: Open the report you wish to print and select the "Print" option.
• Step 9: Select the printer you just set up and adjust the print settings as desired.
• Step 10: Click "Print" to print your document.
