Re: Robert Redford changed NetPayDue account’s Email

Robert Redford has changed their NetPayDue Employer One Email account from robert@yahoo.com to robert@gmail.com. An additional user is not allowed to change their Email without the permission of the system administrator. For that robert@gmail.com will not be valid for use with NetPayDue Employer One’s account.

Please take note of the following:

1. If you want the user to access Employer One’s account, please follow below steps:

Step 1: Login to your application system account.

Step 2: Change your additional user account to the new Email robert@gmail.com

Step 3: Save and Confirm

Note that if you are using the csv upload to the NetPayDue system. You have to upload your new Email to NetPayDue with the given template.
