Option A: Open the Attached PDF Payslip

• Password format: your date of birth (DDMMYYYY).

If you are unable to open the file, this may be due to an incorrect date of birth recorded in your employer’s system. Please contact your employer directly if this occurs.

Note: Because the PDF is encrypted, some email providers or antivirus software may display a warning or false alert. This is expected behaviour for encrypted documents and does not indicate a virus or malicious content.

Option B: View Your Payslip via the Mobile App

1. Visit www.netpaydue.com to download and install the Mobile Payslips app.
2. When prompted, sign in using this email address:
   robert@testmobilepayslip
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to create your access passcode.
