Important Note:
We have 3 different options for CIS300 spreadsheets, all of which are fully compliant with the DIT CIS300 monthly return eFiling requirement. The only difference between them is that options 2 and 3 include eStatement capabilities on top of the CIS300 monthly return eFiling requirement.

eStatements: After completing the routine monthly CIS300 eFiling you can instantly notify your subcontractors of their Payments and Deductions electronically. Your subcontractors in turn can log in to the eFileReady website securely to view and print their own respective Payment and Deduction Statements through https, in the same way they log in to their bank accounts. The eStatement can be viewed and printed at any time for up to 3 years. This will help you cut down on printing of statements, postage and many other support costs. It is all done with just one additional click of the mouse after you have eFiled your CIS300 returns.

Option 1      CIS 300 Spreadsheet   ( without eStatement - 2 Files )
This is purely for our existing users only. New users should not use this option as options 2 and 3 contain all the functions of option 1, plus the optional additional eStatement function.

Option 2      CIS 300 Spreadsheet   ( with eStatement - 2 Files )
This contains all the functions you require for filing your CIS300 monthly return to the DIT as in Option 1, plus it provides you with extra fields which allow you to provide the eStatement service whenever you so choose to use it.

Option 3      CIS 300 Spreadsheet   ( with eStatement - 1 File)
Option 3 is no different from option 2 except the spreadsheets are consolidated two into one. This makes it more convenient to use. However, some systems can not generate their output in one spreadsheet / CSV file and so need option 2.
