Start New Assessment Year Information:

DIT New Assessment Year starts on 6th April 2007

To close your current Assessment Year and move the data to the new Assessment Year is available as from 15th March 2007, provided you have completed all the current Assessment Year payrun.

If you want to start the new Assessment Year please come back after 15th March 2007.

Option 1 : To Start the New Assessment Year you need first of all complete the currrent Assessment Year End of Year (EOY) approval process to approve the current Assessment Year data.

Option 2 : My current Assessment Year data is a test data for me to learn about the usage of the payroll package. I do not wish to submit this data to DIT. I would like to move to the New Assessment Year immediately.
