It is Not Possible to Change Any Data After this Point
This is the final stage of the End of Year (EOY) Process. When you click on the "COMMIT EOY" button you will be committing your final EOY data permanently. There is no way for you to change any of the payroll data for this tax year after you click on the Commit EOY button.

If you are not sure about the accuracy of your payroll data you must not commit it. You should click on the Reports section to review your whole years pay run data, as well as conduct an internal audit. When you are completely satisfied that your payroll data is accurate you should then come back to start the EOY process again to commit the EOY data. Please call us for advice if you are not sure what to do.

Payment:
You will only be asked to pay us once a year for using our payroll service. You will see your invoice with a breakdown of the charges on the next page. If you do not use the EOY process you may never need to pay us.

By clicking on the "Commit EOY Data" button you will be committing your final EOY data and agree to pay us for the payroll service based on the published price list or quotation we gave you.

To abandon the EOY process, simply ignore the "Commit EOY Button" below and move on by clicking on any other other button.
