Exercising Right to be Forgotten Process

  1. If you have initiated the "Right to be Forgotten (RTF)" process by mistake please click on the "< Back" button below to cancel the RTF Process.
  2. If you do mean to exercise your RTF you must complete the steps shown below to complete the process.
  • Step 1: Please read the important note below before clicking the continue button.
  • Step 2: Click the continue button.
  • Step 3: Enter your reason for choosing RTF, if any, and click continue.
  • Step 4: Enter your User Sign In password to Confirm.

Important note:

  1. Download Data: Before initiating the Right to be forgotten process, it is essential to ensure the preservation of any data within the system that you wish to retain. You may access your data during a 2-week grace period after you initiated the Right to be forgotten process. After this grace period expires, the data will be permanently and irretrievably ceased. Please download any pertinent data to your local system prior to initiating the Right to be forgotten process to prevent data loss.
  2. Banned Sign In ID / Email: Your ID / Email to be used as Account Sign In ID / Email ( AB123456789 / Redford@demo.com ) will be banned from our system.
  3. Banned Services: All the services you have had with us will be forever terminated and no one can access the data.
  4. Right To Be Forgotten: Your Right To Be Forgotten will not be completed and your account will remain open until you complete all the steps stated above.
  5. Security Buffer: There is a 2 week security buffer after you complete Step 4 above before the account is fully closed.
