How do we charge you?
You are charged according to the number of employees you have with reference to the price list published on our website. The number of employees is calculated by counting the number of P14 and P38A you are going to produce.

Why does it cost an extra £10.00 plus VAT to pay us by cheque or BACs?
We need to manually update your payment if you pay us by cheque or by BACs. Whereas, when you pay us by credit card, the system does it all automatically online. No human invention is required when we receive credit card payments. Please pay us the correct amount as stipulated otherwise your account may be suspended after the credit period.

Important Note: Please NEVER email us or tell us on the phone your credit card details as we only accept credit card payments via the credit card company PayPal. Please also use the link we provide on the invoice page to pay via PayPal.

As soon as you pay, PayPal will instantly notify us of a payment code which will update our system automatically. All credit card payments are protected through a standard banking industry 128 bit SSL secured Tunnel and encryption.
