Exercising Your Right to be Forgotten

To cancel the Right to be Forgotten (RTF) function, click the "< Back" button.

If you intend to exercise your RTF, follow the steps below:

  • Step 1: Read the Important Note before proceeding.
  • Step 2: Provide your reason for RTF, if any, and click "Confirm".
  • Step 3: Enter your User Sign-In password to confirm.

Important note:

  1. Download Data: Before initiating the RTF process you should preserve any tax-related data by downloading all the tax related data to your system. You retain the right to be forgotten, but tax data must be available for inspection by HMRC or any authoritative body. We cannot assist in providing tax-related data post-RTF.
  2. Two Weeks Grace Period: After confirming RTF, there is a 2-week grace period to reverse the process in case of a compromised account or your change of heart. After this period, your account will be permanently ceased.
  3. No More Data Available: Once the 2-week RTF grace period ends, your account will permanently cease, and data will be inaccessible.

What Happens Next:

  1. If you did not exercise the Right to Be Forgotten, contact us.

  2. If you have a change of heart and wish to cancel the Right to be Forgotten, log into your account before date: 24/01/2024 to reverse the process.

  3. If you intend to cease your account with Payroll/NPD through RTF, no action is required. By date: 24/01/2024, the account will be permanently ceased, with no data accessible.

Note that once the account is ceased through Right to Be Forgotten, all data in the account will be irreversible.
