1. Employee User - Recovering All Sign In Details :
If you are an employee you need to contact your Payroll Manager who can help to recover your details after your identity is conclusively proven. If your Payroll Manager does not know how to help you, please ask him to call us. Our phone number is listed in the Contact Us section of our website. WE DO NOT DEAL WITH EMPLOYEE USERS. YOU SHOULD NOT CONTACT US DIRECT.
2. Additional System User :
If you are an Additional Payroll System User you should talk to your Payroll System Administrator to recover the sign in details for you. The Payroll System Administrator is the person who originally signed up to use the system. The Administrator is capable of re-sending a fresh sign in link to you after your ID is conclusively proven.
3. System Administrator User :
If you are the person who originally signed up to use the system, you are the System Administrator. If you have forgotten your sign in details please follow the solutions below to recover them.
3.1 Solution 1. Try and Try Again:
Please click on the Forgot Sign In button on the sign in page and follow the instructions step by step to try and recover your forgotten sign in details yourself. We do allow multiple but not unlimited recovery attempts.
3.2 Solution 2. Reboot
Please reboot your system and starts the sign in process again. After your computer restarts please sign in from the respective user page. You need to reboot as sometimes you might have mis-linked the sign in page.
If you are a Pay Bureau the user Sign In can be found after you click on the Pay Bureau option. You must Sign In from the page loaded after you click on Pay Bureau on the home page. If your company is a normal company and you do your payroll in house, your user Sign In button is on the home page itself and is positioned as the second item on the menu.
3.3 Solution 3. Sign up for a new account and start everything afresh.
This means you have to recreate all your company and employee details again. This time you really need to note down all your sign in details and keep them in a very safe place. Should you ever forget your sign in details again you can always then refer back to your notes.

4. Interim Pay Run Solution.
Recovering your sign in details may take a week or so by registered post, so to help with your immediate payroll requirements you may use our quick payroll calculator which provides a pay calculation and enables you to print out payslips to distribute to your employees.
The quick pay calculator is accurate and allows you to do your pay calculation for up to 3 employees at a time. You need to refer to your previous period payslips in order to enter your employees' year to date data into the quick pay calculator.
When you have recovered your sign in details you can come back to re-run the pay. If there is a minor discrepancy in the figures you can either ignore it or reconcile the difference outside the payroll system.

If you have a problem remembering your sign in details we recommend you note them down and keep them in a very safe place. Please do not leave your sign in details somewhere which can be accessed by anyone.
