Data Importing Instruction
 
This notes explains to you the steps necessary for the successful Importing of your employee data.


IMPORTANT NOTE :
-
1. You can only upload CSV files with complete information. Partial employee data not allowed.
2. Batch data upload is restricted to a maximum of 500 records per upload. But you may upload employees in different batches, i.e., the first 100 in first batch, the next 100 in another batch and so on.
3. Migrating Employee with pay data who has pension contribution, should do a two step data migration. First upload and import employee data fully using Employee data spreadsheet, followed by Pension data spreadsheet migration filling every employees pesnion data. If your employees' do not have pension contribution, Employee migration spreadsheet alone is enough.
4. The imported employees pay should be processed inorder to view pay related reports and to e-file relevant forms to HMRC.

  • Step 1. Download the spreadsheet template from our system.
  • Step 2. Populate the data from your system into the spreadsheet.
  • Step 3. Assign a file name to the spreadsheet and save it in a CSV format.
  • Step 4. Sign in to our system again  and select Employer / Setup & Import Data from top menu bar.
  • Step 5. Click on the Browse button to find the CSV file that you just assigned a name to,
    and then upload that file.
  • Step 6. Check your employee details.
