Close Account
 

If your company no longer wants to use our services, you can make a request to close your account. However, please do read the clarifications below before you act on it.
Once you click on "request to close the account" the system will automatically send an email to the person that the account belongs to. If the person receiving this email does not act on the email confirming that they do indeed wish the account to be closed within 72 hours the account will remain open. Sometimes the email may end up in the junk mail folder so please do check the junk or spam folder if you do not seem to receive it. You may also make a fresh request to close the account should the email validity date have lapsed.
Important Note: Once you act on the "Close Account" through the email we sent you by clicking on the link in the email, the whole account will be closed. ALL USERS IN THAT ACCOUNT WILL BE CLOSED.
  • The system administrator will not be able to login or retrieve any of your details henceforth.
  • All/any other user accounts associated with your account, including additional users and employee users will also no longer be able to access any of the data of that closed account.
Please ensure you download all the reports / data you need before you close your account.
