You need to complete each of the following pages to complete your year end FINAL SUBMISSION FOR THE TAX YEAR (FSY).

Please act on the following points
I understand I need to complete the following before I do the Year End FSY. Yes No
I have completed all pay runs for all pay frequencies and have E-filed all the FPS returns
for the current tax year
I have completed processing all leavers.
To correct any error in the Final FPS E-filed by using the rollback function.
I have completed processing all CIS reclaims & have E-filed all the CIS returns.
