Note: Please do not process the former employee payrun unless or until you have reported the leaver information (p45) to HMRC by E-filing a FPS.

We also strongly recommend you not to use the "process former employee payrun" facility for any of the processings in late leaver notifications to be reported to HMRC. For any such P45 Leaver processings, you need to goto the Leaver ( P45 ) Administration section of the Employee menu in the Tasking Zone.
